2. Second Sighting (1923)

In 1923, a group of settlers claimed to have seen Yellow Top again. This time, the creature was spotted near a group of cattle, and the settlers feared that the Bigfoot-like being might attack the animals. However, the creature reportedly disappeared into the wilderness before any harm was done.

3. The 1947 School Bus Incident

One of the most famous reports of Yellow Top occurred in 1947 when a group of children and a driver on a school bus allegedly saw the creature crossing a road near Cobalt. The bus driver described Yellow Top as being tall, humanoid, and covered in dark hair with a distinct yellow patch on its head. The sighting left the children on the bus frightened, and it became a widely discussed incident in local circles.

4. The 1970 Sighting

The Yellow Top Bigfoot was last reportedly seen on August 4, 1970, near Cobalt, Ontario. Amos Latrielle, Larry Cormack, and a group of 27 miners from the Cobalt Lode Mine were driving at night when the creature crossed the road in front of them. Latrielle, the driver, nearly lost control of the vehicle, swerving to avoid what was initially thought to be a bear. However, they described the creature as having light-coloured hair on its head, contrasting with the rest of its darker fur. This unique characteristic of the "yellow top" set it apart from typical Bigfoot descriptions.
